After the passing of his estranged father, Nick Simon returns home to settle his small estate. But in rummaging through his father's belongings, he and an appraiser unknowingly trigger an ancient Sumerian doomsday device. To make matters worse, It's just been stolen! In 'A Brave New World', a virus brings the city to ruins and zombies flood the streets of Seoul. In 'The Heavenly Creature', a robot reaches enlightenment while working at a temple, but its creators deem this phenomenon a threat to mankind. In the final segment, 'Happy Birthday', a young girl logs onto a strange website and places an order for a new billiard ball for her father. Soon afterwards a meteor heads toward Earth and people flee to underground bomb shelters.

Shinjiro, who runs a humble detective agency using a coffee shop in a certain town as his office, gets into trouble at a dark gambling den and is forced to take on a troublesome job by Kyoichi, an executive of the Kasahara clan, a yakuza gang he knows well. The task is to investigate an arson case that is suspected to involve the Chinese mafia Barretto, with whom the Kasahara-gumi has a rival gang. In addition, Shinjiro is asked by Michiko, whose Filipino parents were deported in the past, to search for her best friend, a Kurdish woman who mysteriously disappeared. However, as he pursues the two cases, he finds himself caught up in a war between two huge underworld organizations.

A live action, improvisational style movie which is more of an actual live scenario than a low budget independent feature film. It's a very intriguing look at what would happen if there was an actual Zombie outbreak. The actors were put in a restaurant understanding that a down on his luck movie star was coming back to his hometown to film a reality show.
